Target's current in-water fleet comprises of two supramax bulk carriers whilst two kamsarmax bulk carriers are due for delivery by the end of 2011.

The tankers that have been built and delivered to Target Group are commercially managed by Horizon Tankers, an affiliated company specializing in the operation of tanker vessels. Horizon's fleet currently includes six MR product tankers built at SPP Shipbuilding in 2007/8, two panamax ice class product tankers built at STX Shipbuiling in 2007/8 and three Suezmax tankers built at Samsung Heavy Industries in 2011 (one more Suezmax due for delivery in august 2011).
